Ibbie Gordon

Ibbie Gordon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career in 2006 as a Project Manager at Home Connection, where they oversaw contractors, performed system programming, and created customized systems for clients. They then worked as a Project Manager at Rhino Sports from 2007 to 2008, where they were responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and inspecting work on local and traveling projects.

In 2011, Ibbie became a Consumer Electronics Repair Tech and eBay Sales Specialist at ChanX, followed by a role as a Tier 1 Tech Support Agent at Volt (AT&T Uverse) in 2012. At Volt, they provided inbound tech support for Uverse services and assisted with troubleshooting new accounts and upgrading existing services.

From 2012 to 2013, Ibbie worked as a Customer Service Representative at Equisupples, followed by a self-employment period in 2013 as an IT Tech and AV Specialist. In this role, they provided consulting, troubleshooting, installation, and repair services for computer systems, home theaters, audio systems, and more.

In 2014, Ibbie joined Arrow Electronics as an Integration Technician, building custom computer systems and improving productivity through troubleshooting and consultations with engineers. They also worked at Spireon during the same year as a Customer/Dealer Support Specialist and Internal Auditor. In this role, they provided inbound support for customers, dealers, installations, and stolen vehicles, as well as conducted audits on GPS devices and trained/mentored employees.

Ibbie then worked at GPS Insight from 2017 to 2022, starting as a Tier 1 Tech Support Specialist, then becoming a Lead Tier 1 Tech Support Specialist in 2019, and ultimately a Tier 2 Tech Support Specialist in 2022. At GPS Insight, they provided technical support and troubleshooting to customers, contributing to the success of the company.

Currently, Ibbie Gordon is working at Foresight Intelligence® & Fleet Intelligence™ as a Hardware Support Specialist, a role that began in 2022.
