William Castellano

William Castellano is a seasoned security professional with a diverse background in law enforcement and security consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Security Consultant at Foresight Security Consulting since July 2022, Castellano specializes in protective intelligence, behavioral threat assessment, and workplace violence prevention program development. As Chief Training Officer at Kinetic Solution since April 2018, Castellano is responsible for creating and delivering Active Shooter Response training across various industries in the United States. Former experience includes serving as a Police Officer for 15 years with various departments, including the role of Protective Services Supervisor at Sloan, where Castellano developed and supervised an Executive Protection and Travel Safety program. Additionally, Castellano contributed as a Senior Instructor at Northeastern Illinois Public Safety Training Academy and as an International Police Advisor embedded with the U.S. Army in Afghanistan. Castellano began a military career in the United States Air Force, focusing on security operations, prior to transitioning to law enforcement.
