Matt Dyer

Matt Dyer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of bioinformatics, product development, and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as an Advisor at Foresite Capital and Albany Capital since July 2022, Matt previously held significant leadership positions at Quantum-Si from April 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included Chief Business Officer and Chief Product Officer. Matt's earlier roles involved key contributions at Life Technologies, University of Washington, and several research institutions, focusing on software development, user experience enhancement, and genomic data analysis. Matt holds a PhD in Genetics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from Virginia Tech, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and dual bachelor's degrees in Russian and Bioinformatics from Brigham Young University.
