Dongnhu Truong

Dongnhu Truong is an accomplished professional in statistical genetics and neuroscience data science, currently serving as the Associate Director of Statistical and Translational Genomics at Foresite Labs since August 2024. Prior to this role, Dongnhu held positions including Associate Director of Neuroscience Data Science at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine and Principal Scientist in Disease Genetics at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies. With extensive experience in large-scale data analysis and cross-functional team leadership, Dongnhu has also contributed as an Associate Research Scientist at Yale University School of Medicine, focusing on the genetic basis of reading and language disability. Dongnhu earned a Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience from the University of Connecticut, where foundational work included mentoring under Dr. R and teaching upper-level undergraduate courses.
