Jackson Michuda

Bioinformatics Engineer at Foresite Labs

Jackson Michuda began their work experience in 2011 as a Student Researcher at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine, where they researched single nucleotide polymorphisms associated with HIV susceptibility. Jackson then worked as a Teacher's Assistant at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy from 2011 to 2013. In 2015, they interned as a Systems Intern at MATTER Chicago. In 2016, they had multiple roles including a Software Engineering Intern at Propeller Health, a Digital Research and Systems Intern at Duke Global Digital Health Science Center, and an Undergraduate Researcher and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Duke University. From 2017 to 2022, they served as a Senior Data Scientist at Tempus Labs, Inc. Currently, they are working as a Bioinformatics Engineer at Foresite Labs since September 2022.

Jackson Michuda has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computational Biology from Duke University. Jackson also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomedical Informatics from Stanford University.
