Louis Steenbrink

Louis Steenbrink is the current Head of Customer Success at Forest. Prior to this, they were a Product Manager at Orange Fab, a startup accelerator program focused on growth and distribution. Louis has also worked as a Consultant at Capgemini Consulting and as a Product Manager at Chais d'oeuvre, a start-up wine-tasting club and online retailer. Louis is passionate about helping startups grow and succeed. Louis has a wealth of experience in both the customer success and product management fields, and they are dedicated to helping their team at Forest provide the best possible service to its customers.

Louis Steenbrink has a MSc in Business Management, Finance & Marketing from IÉSEG School of Management and is currently a FullStack Developer in Web Development from Le Wagon.

Louis Steenbrink reports to Sylvain de Backer-Thierry, VP, Sales. Louis Steenbrink works with and Tancrede Le Merrer - Head of Sales.
