Thomas Regan has had a varied career in the environmental and computer industries. Thomas began their career as a Creative Developer in 1994. In 1999, they began working as an Internet & Computer Support Specialist for RCN, while also working as a Freelance Computer and Internet Consultant. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Natural Resources Consultant and a Tree Warden/City Forester for the Town of West Springfield. During this time, they also worked as a Graduate Researcher for the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In 2019, they began working as a Consulting Utility Forester for ACRT, Inc. and in 2022, they became the Data Tech & Processing Manager for Forest Carbon Works.
Thomas Regan obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Natural Resources Studies from Holyoke Community College in 2009-2010. Thomas then attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Forest Management/Forest Resources Management in 2011-2013. Thomas went on to obtain a Master of Sciences (MS) in Sustainability Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2013-2015. Additionally, they obtained a LEED GA certification from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in May 2014.
