Tim O'Brien

Tim O'Brien currently serves as the Director of Engineering Operations for Forest City Enterprises, a position held since April 2005. In this role, Tim O'Brien oversees the performance of various engineered systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and IT/communications, which are essential to the functionality of buildings within Forest City’s Science + Technology portfolio. Prior to this, Tim O'Brien worked as the Manager of Portfolio Engineering at Equity Office Properties from 1997 to 2005 and as the Manager of Engineering at Beacon Management Company from June 1986 to March 1997.
