Skye A.

Skye A. currently serves as the Board Chair for HIR Wellness Institute and as a Board Member for Wisconsin Conservation Voters. Skye A. also holds the position of Co-Chair for the WI MMIW Taskforce at the Wisconsin Department of Justice. Additional roles include being a representative for the MMIW Taskforce and Census for the Forest County Potawatomi Community, as well as serving in various capacities within the Cultural Preservation Division, such as Language & Culture Manager and Grant Rep & Admin Assistant III. Prior experience includes advising on Indigenous Ways of Knowing at Nicolet College and co-chairing the Chancellor’s Commission at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Skye A. completed a 22-week internship at Potawatomi Casino Hotel, gaining extensive departmental knowledge. Skye A. is currently pursuing education at Harvard University.
