Rhia Bascombe

Rhia Bascombe has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Rhia started their professional journey in 2014 as a Retail Assistant at Center Parcs UK, where they worked until December 2017. In 2018, Rhia joined St Edmundsbury Borough Council as an HR Support Apprentice and stayed until March 2019. Following this, they joined West Suffolk Council in April 2019 as an HR Business Support, a role they held until March 2021. Currently, Rhia serves as a Project and Communications Coordinator at West Suffolk Council, starting from April 2021.

Rhia Bascombe attended West Suffolk College from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a Level 3 degree in Business Studies. After taking a gap of two years, they enrolled in the British Institute of Recruiters from 2018 to 2020, during which they obtained a Level 3 degree in HR Support. Following this, in 2021, Rhia returned to West Suffolk College to pursue a Level 4 degree in Improvement Practitioner with a focus on the field of Business.
