Grahame Billett

Grahame Billett, SPHR, SHRM - SCP has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. Grahame began their career at Princess Cruises in 1993, where they held the position of Director Fleet Personnel responsible for managing recruitment and deployment of sea staff. Grahame later advanced to the role of Vice President Human Resources (Fleet), overseeing a team of HR professionals and developing processes aligned with operational goals. In 2013, Grahame transitioned to Greater Los Angeles Area as a Human Resource Professional before joining Forest Lawn Memorial Parks and Mortuaries in 2015. At Forest Lawn, they have held the positions of Human Resource Manager, Director Human Resources, and currently serves as the Vice President Human Resources. Grahame brings extensive expertise in HR management, strategic alignment, and cost management to their roles.

Grahame Billett, SPHR, SHRM - SCP, has a diverse education history. In 2014, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1998, they earned a PHR certification from the same institute. Grahame'searlier education includes studying Hotel Catering & Management at Southfields College of FE, where they obtained an OND degree. Additionally, in 2015, they obtained the SHRM - SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
