Kathy Ng

Kathy Ng, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Forest Lawn Memorial Parks and Mortuaries since February 2015, Kathy provides guidance to over 50 managers and 900 employees on various employee-related issues. Previously, Kathy co-founded PlayLoop, a rental subscription service for children, and was instrumental in designing its product offerings. Other notable roles include Human Resources Specialist at UCLA, handling payroll and personnel transactions for over 1,700 staff, and Human Resources Coordinator at W Los Angeles, where Kathy enhanced employee recognition programs. Kathy holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Education from UCLA.
