Ana-Maria Baban

Ana-Maria Baban is an experienced professional currently serving as a Program Manager in the Trademark Management, Markets and Communications Unit at the Forest Stewardship Council since June 2016, with prior roles as Acting Programme Manager and Manager of the Trademark Program. Ana-Maria's previous experience includes serving as a Project Officer at the European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes from June 2011 to October 2015, and working at the European Commission in the International Cooperation and Development (DEVCO) from October 2010 to March 2011. Additional roles include a position in the Political Affairs Division at the Embassy of Romania in Prague and a short tenure at the Peace Action Training and Research Institute of Romania in the Department of Peace Operations. Ana-Maria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Babes-Bolyai University and has furthered education at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
