Carlos Blas

Carlos Blas is an experienced project manager currently working at FORESTALIA since March 2020. Prior to this role, Carlos served as an Ingeniero de Caminos at TYPSA from May 2014 to March 2020 and held the title of International Consultant specializing in railway equipment with UNOPS from January 2014 to March 2020. Carlos also has a background as a MSc Civil Engineer at CSA Group from November 2013 to April 2014 and significant leadership experience at AYESA from October 2008 to July 2013, where responsibilities included directing diverse engineering projects and teams. Earlier in the career, Carlos was the Technical Director at Zaragoza Alta Velocidad from June 2005 to October 2008. Carlos holds a degree in Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
