Rafael Colás Gracia

Rafael Colás Gracia has extensive work experience in the renewable energy industry, particularly in wind power. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Construction Director for South America (excluding Brazil) at Vestas Wind System A/S, managing construction projects and driving business development. Prior to that, they were the Head of Construction for Iberia (Spain and Portugal) at the same company. Rafael also worked as the Service Sales & Customer Service Manager for Spain, where they successfully managed a large portfolio of wind power plants. Before joining Vestas, Rafael held various roles at SAROEN Global, an international renewable energy advisory company, where they served as the Managing Director for Chile/LATAM. Rafael began their career as an Engineer at INCOSA Ingeniería y Control de Obras, S.A., specializing in project design and execution. Most recently, Rafael became the Head of Wind Technology at Forestalia, where they provide technical support and advice, oversees procurement processes, and identifies new products and technologies to improve results.

Rafael Colás Gracia pursued their education beginning in 1994 at Universidad de Zaragoza, where they completed a degree in Ingeniero Industrial with a specialization in Electronics in the year 2000. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, Rafael enrolled in Universidad Pontificia Comillas to receive a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Executive studies.
