Darlene Louk

Darlene Louk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate development and investment. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Forestar Group Inc., Darlene oversees a portfolio of master-planned communities in Central Texas and San Antonio, focusing on the entitlement process and community development. Prior to this role, Darlene worked at Hines as a Director in Land Development, where leadership included managing a $90M investment across major residential projects and enhancing partnerships with homebuilders. Darlene's earlier career includes significant roles at Forestar Group Inc. as Vice President, Temple Inland Mortgage Corp. as a Financial Analyst, and Lumbermen's Investment Corporation as a Real Estate Analyst. Darlene holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, both from St. Edward's University.
