Jake Bailey possesses extensive experience in real estate investments and development, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Investments & Development at Forestar Group Inc. Prior roles include Director of Finance at EHB Companies LLC, Real Estate Underwriting & Development Consultant, and involvement in real estate acquisition and development with Nevada Housing & Neighborhood Development. Additionally, Jake has experience in multi-family asset brokerage with Marcus & Millichap. Educationally, Jake holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Finance from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
