Ryan Harvey

Ryan Harvey is an experienced professional in land acquisition and development, currently serving as Division President and Market Leader at Forestar Group Inc. since October 2013, where responsibilities include directing and managing operations for the Colorado Division. Previously held roles at Forestar include Vice President of Real Estate Investments & Development, Director of Real Estate Investments & Development, and Investment Director focused on land acquisition. Additionally, Ryan has experience as FP&A Manager, contributing to financial modeling and reporting across several markets. Prior work experience includes Valuation Analyst positions at Bennett Thrasher and CBIZ Valuation Group. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida, obtained in 2009.
