Kate Roberts

Kate Roberts has over a decade of experience in human resources and customer service, currently serving as HR Services Officer at Forestry England since May 2019. Prior to this role, Kate held positions as HR Admin Officer within the same organization and progressed through various roles in customer service management at Echo Managed Services from May 2012 to March 2019, including Customer Service Manager for Collections and Team Leader. Earlier experience includes a Customer Service Advisor position at Callcredit Information Group and a customer advisor role at hibu. Academically, Kate holds a 2:1 BA HONS in Business Studies and Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England and A Levels in Business, Law, and Sport from St. Brendan's sixth form college, alongside 9 GCSEs A-C from Hanham High School.
