At Forever Vets Animal Hospital, Emma serves as the Director of Culture and Development, overseeing recruitment, training, and development for all staff. With experience in various roles at Marineland Dolphin Adventure, Integrative Animal Hospital of Central Florida, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, Emma has a strong background in marine conservation, education, and animal care.
