Roger Gerritzen

Roger Gerritzen has been a member of the Board since 2018 and eligible for reappointment in 2022. Mr Gerritzen has been a board member of Coöperatie FromFarmers UA since 2017. He is active in his family's agricultural business and is a partner at Yeald, a company active in the horticultural sector. He is also chairman of the supervisory board at 30MHz. During his career he has held various financial and organizational management positions at Syngenta and Unilever, among others, and as chairman of the board of Agro-Polen, an arable and dairy farm in Poland.

As of December 31, 2021, Mr Gerritzen does not hold any shares or depositary receipts for shares in ForFarmers NV and as a member of Coöperatie FromFarmers UA he does not have a balance on a participation account as issued by the Cooperative.
