Anto Nirmal

Anto Nirmal is a Senior Associate Scientist at Forge Biologics since February 2023, previously serving as an Associate Scientist II and as a Process Development Intern- Downstream at the same company in 2022. Anto's experience includes a position as a Student Researcher at Integrated Bioprocessing Research Laboratory from September 2021 to May 2022, and as a Research Intern during studies at SRM University from June 2018 to March 2021. Additional hands-on experience includes several research internships with organizations such as Biozone Research Technologies Pvt. Ltd., RGCB - Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, and CBNR - Centre for Bioscience and Nanoscience Research. Anto holds a Master of Science in Bioprocessing and Bioenergy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from SRM IST Chennai.
