Debra Kelly

Debra Kelly, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Forge Biologics since July 2022. Prior to this role, Debra held various positions at Abbott from April 2009 to July 2022, including Project Manager and Associate Program Manager for HCP Marketing, where responsibilities included managing cross-functional teams and executing margin savings projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Assistant at American Signature Inc., handling HR records and preparing confidential reports, as well as a Customer Service Representative at Medco, recognized for efficiency and customer service excellence. Debra began their career as a Teleservices Representative at Influent and worked as a Dispatcher/Office Assistant at Marietta College. Debra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Capital University, earned between 2009 and 2011.
