Dorothy Kluener

Dorothy Kluener is a skilled Environmental, Health, and Safety professional with extensive experience in training, program development, and safety management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior EHS Coordinator at Forge Biologics since May 2021, Dorothy is responsible for training new hires, creating EHS programs, and facilitating safety training initiatives. Previously, as a Project Safety Professional 1 at Barton Malow Company, Dorothy trained new employees from various trades and conducted daily safety inspections. In an earlier role as an HSE Intern at Robert Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH, Dorothy implemented incident reporting procedures and managed training programs for large groups of associates.
