Kayley Nickels-McLaughlin

Kayley Nickels-McLaughlin is an experienced associate scientist with a strong background in biology, holding a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University. Currently serving as an Associate Scientist II at Forge Biologics since March 2022, Kayley previously held roles as Associate Scientist I at the same company and as a Laboratory Technician at AmplifyBio and Vytelle. Additional experience includes working as a Veterinary Assistant at North Kenny Veterinary Hospital and a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens. Kayley's early career included positions as a Lifeguard Supervisor, Lifeguard, and Water Safety Instructor at the Ellen Trivanovich Aquatic Center, where certification to teach swim lessons was obtained through the American Red Cross.
