Meghna Nair

Meghna Nair is an experienced professional with a diverse background in research and development, quality engineering, and design thinking. Currently serving as an R&D and Lab Systems Analyst II at Forge Biologics, Meghna's previous roles include Quality Engineer positions and a Quality Management Intern, where a custom R dashboard was developed to analyze critical GMP equipment data. Additional experience includes working as a Design Thinking Consultant at American Family Insurance, Graduate Teaching Assistant at Duke University, and a Marketing & Commercialization Consultant at Scinovia Corp. Meghna holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
