Cathy Dondzila is an accomplished finance professional with extensive leadership experience in accounting and finance across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Accounting Officer at Forge since April 2023, Cathy has previously held significant positions such as Finance Officer at NewRez LLC and Chief Accounting Officer & SVP at Ocwen Financial Corporation, where strategic objectives were successfully met during periods of substantial change. Cathy's expertise was further demonstrated as Controller & Chief Accounting Officer at GMAC ResCap during the subprime mortgage crisis, as well as in leadership roles at Freddie Mac and Bear Stearns & Co. Cathy's career began at Deloitte & Touche, specializing in audit services for financial institutions. Educational credentials include a degree in Accounting and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and completion of the Harvard Business Analytics Program.
