Cori Lynne Fleser is a Senior Specialist at Forge Group, LLC, and a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council, focusing on the intersection of gender and security within NATO and transatlantic partnerships. Previously, Fleser served as a Next Generation National Security Fellow at the Center for a New American Security, engaging with emerging leaders in national security. Fleser's extensive experience includes a Lead Associate role at Booz Allen Hamilton, providing subject matter expertise on gender and human security to the Joint Staff. Additional roles include International Operations Fellow at Global Communities, Global Development Policy Fellow at Women Thrive Worldwide, and Independent Research Fellow at BRAC Bangladesh. Fleser holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Development from the School for International Training and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs with a minor in Women's Studies from James Madison University.
