Kirsten Ponak

Kirsten Ponak has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Kirsten began their career in 2017 as a Sales Support Specialist at Pinnacle Financial Services, Inc. for a year. In 2018, they joined Tri-County Eye Physicians & Surgeons, PC as an Ophthalmic Assistant until 2020. During the same year, they also started working at Steps to Recovery as a Care Coordinator, a position they held until 2023. In 2020, they became a Certified Medical Assistant at Steps to Recovery, continuing in that role until joining Forge Health in 2023 as an Office Manager.

Kirsten Ponak is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Healthcare Administration at Colorado State University Global. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2018, they attended Pennco Tech-Bristol where they obtained a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification from NHA.
