Sean Kilbreth

Community Engagement Coordinator at Forge Health

Sean Kilbreth has a diverse work experience in law enforcement and community engagement. Sean started their career as a Patrolman, Field Training Officer, and Detective at the Bedford Police Department in 1995. In 2005, they became a Drug Agent for the New Hampshire Attorney Generals Drug Task Force, where they worked undercover to investigate crimes related to drug laws. Sean also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for the New England Narcotics Enforcement Officers Association starting in 2008.

From 2006 to 2016, Sean worked for the Drug Enforcement Administration, initially as a member of the Clandestine Laboratory Team, responsible for investigating and dismantling clandestine drug laboratories. Sean later became a Drug Enforcement Task Force Agent/Detective, focusing on disrupting and dismantling drug trafficking organizations in New England.

In 2012, Sean joined the Southern New Hampshire Critical Incident Stress Management Team, providing counseling and support to police officers who experienced critical incidents on the job. Sean also joined the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office in 2016 as a Deputy Sheriff, where they specialized in undercover drug investigations.

Sean's more recent work includes serving as the Critical Incident Stress Management and Wellness Coordinator for the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office in 2021 and as an Adjunct Instructor at LPR Elite Securities Group, Inc. in 2016.

In 2022, Sean joined Forge Health as a Community Engagement Coordinator, focused on improving the mental health and well-being of active-duty service members, veterans, first responders, and their families.

Currently, Sean holds the position of FOP Fraternal Order of Police Capitol Lodge NH Vice President at the National Fraternal Order of Police, starting from 2023.

Sean Kilbreth attended Merrimack High School from 1986 to 1989. After completing high school, they went on to study at the University of New Hampshire, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sociology. Sean attended the University of New Hampshire from 1990 to 1995.
