As safety management and organisational change experts, we combine evidence- based research with people-driven know-how, working internationally with organisations across all industry sectors to improve the safety of work.

Organisational life has never been more complex and challenging. Ever-increasing expectations on business have brought new pressures and threats: disruption, cost competitiveness, technology, corporate responsibility. These tensions always compete for attention and resources with core operations. Community and regulatory expectations for safety have never been greater - anything other than ZERO is often not good enough. At the same time, we are at a confluence of safety theory. Safety management approaches that served us well during the 20th century, such as safety management systems, behavioural safety, and safety culture, are up against emerging safety theories, such as Resilience Engineering, Safety Differently and Safety II. How do organizations navigate this complex and challenging safety landscape? What if they could find ways to be more safe, agile and efficient?
