Forged Components Inc. (FCI) is a global leader in the forging, heat treating, machining and manufacturing of integral self-reinforcing connections for the ASME pressure vessels. FCI also specializes in manufacturing custom forgings for the oil & gas, petrochemical, and power generation industries. FCI currently operates from over 100,000 sq. ft. under roof, on 11 acres, at its corporate office in Humble, TX. Other locations include the Navasota, TX, a heavy forge and machining facility situated on 19 acres, a small forging facility in Porter, TX, as well as large capacity CNC machining and heat treating facilities in Houston, TX. The forging plants are equipped with a 350 Ton, 1750 Ton, 2000 and 3000 Ton open die hydraulic forge presses. FCI-owned Forge USA plant is equipped with a 14,000 pound Hammer. The machining and heat treating facilities offer a wide range of machine tools, including CNC lathes and manual VTLs, milling machines, drills, saws and multiple API-certified heat treating furnaces. FCI is capable of producing open die and semi-closed die forged shapes of any size, ranging in weight from 5 to 55,000 pounds. In addition to an extensive finished and semi-finished product inventory, FCI maintains a vast raw material inventory in carbon, low alloy, stainless, chrome moly and nickel alloys in certified ASME, ANSI and API material grades. Throughout the last 15 years, the company has invested and re-invested in forging, machining and heat treating equipment to expand its production capacity to stay a step ahead of our customers' needs. FCI will continue to meet and exceed the needs of the industry by manufacturing and providing the highest quality products and services.
