This team, composed of executives including the Vice President of Human Resources, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer, SVP Chief Operating Officer, Chief Estimator, President, and Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, provides strategic direction, oversees major operational and financial decisions, ensures compliance with legal standards, and cultivates a positive company culture. They play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and ensuring its projects positively impact the environment and communities across the United States and Canada.
