Enrique Oti

Enrique Oti currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Second Front Systems since June 2020, following a career marked by significant leadership roles in both the military and technology sectors. Notably, Oti was an Air Force Colonel and Cyber Warfare Officer for over two decades, including a tenure as Commander at Kessel Run, where Oti led initiatives on software modernization in the Department of Defense. Oti co-founded the Defense Innovation Unit, facilitating collaboration between the Department of Defense and Silicon Valley. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in History from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Arts in International Relations from Zhejiang University, and a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College.
