Thomas Feddo

Tom Feddo is the Founder and Principal at The Rubicon Advisors, providing strategic, geopolitical, and national security regulatory advisory services since 2021. Concurrently, Tom serves as a Senior Advisor at both Patomak Global Partners and Capstone LLC, and as an Advisor for the ForgePoint Capital Cybersecurity Advisory Council and Clearview AI. Prior roles include Assistant Secretary for Investment Security and Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, as well as Partner at Alston & Bird LLP. Tom's earlier career included significant positions in the Office of Foreign Assets Control and the Department of the Navy. Tom holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School.
