Sue Malesa

Partnership Development Director at Fork Farms

Sue has dedicated over 20 years in contracted food service, self-operated food service, and retail food settings. During this time, she had the great responsibility and privilege of ensuring school age children at eight Menasha Wisconsin district buildings received high quality, nutritious meals through the food service program.

Sue is passionate about providing kids with healthy meals and has lived the mission through operating a 12 system Flex Farm while at the Menasha Joint School District. Sue embraced the operational and logistical challenges of managing a school nutrition program and viewed it as a wonderful opportunity to be creative to encourage kids to develop healthy eating habits.

Sue has been a School Nutrition Association member for over 20 years and was recognized as the SNA Midwest Regional Director of the Year. She has served on the School Nutrition Association of Wisconsin Executive Board and currently sits on the Fox Valley Technical College Culinary Advisory Board. Sue is also Servsafe Certified.

Sue is a proud graduate of UW Stout with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. She currently lives in Wisconsin with her husband and two dogs and spends her spare time visiting with her two sons, daughter-in-law and granddaughter, gardening, cooking, boating and fishing.
