Mark Petit

Mark Petit is an experienced Information Technology leader with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Information Technology Director for Hardinge Inc since March 2024, Mark previously held positions such as Vice President of Information Technology at ChromaScape and Cathcart Rail, where responsibilities included managing digital transformations and integrating technology systems. Mark's earlier roles included Deputy General Manager of Innovation and Technology at Greater Cleveland RTA and Chief Information Officer for the County of Summit, where significant technology consolidations were achieved. Mark also co-founded TrustPoint Technologies, providing IT consulting services nationwide, and has experience in mergers and acquisitions as a consultant with Aspire Management Inc. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Akron.
