Thomas McGrail

Thomas McGrail currently serves as Vice President of Global Operations at Hardinge Inc, overseeing supply chain and production operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, while managing global initiatives in planning, sourcing, quality, and continuous improvement. Previous experience includes the role of Global Director of Supply Chain Strategy and Planning at FMC Corporation, where Thomas led the planning function for a $2.5 billion agricultural products business. Additionally, Thomas spent over two decades at Deloitte as a Director, gaining extensive strategy and operations consulting experience. Thomas holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
