Shannon Kelly

Shannon Kelly has served as the Director of Human Resources at Forks Community Hospital since January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at Arbor Health starting from March 2006. Shannon also worked at Morton General Hospital as an Executive Assistant from March 2001 to March 2006, and in the Payroll department from March 2000 to March 2001.

Shannon Kelly completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management and Services at Western Governors University from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they obtained the following certifications: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2015, SHRM-CP also from SHRM in February 2015, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2010.
