Maxfield Gaj

Maxfield Gaj has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. In 2018, they worked as a Freelance Software Developer, collaborating with designers and developers to create applications for clients in various industries. Maxfield also served as a Teacher's Assistant at Austin Coding Academy during that time. Later in 2018, Maxfield joined Broadway Lab, Inc. as a Software Developer, where they worked on enhancing clients' legacy codebases and improving internal documentation and testing practices. Maxfield also had an internship role at Broadway Lab.

In 2019, Maxfield joined Supply Drop as a Software Engineer, where they played a key role in building the company's infrastructure and optimizing customer experience through ML-based variable subscriptions. Maxfield remained with Supply Drop until 2021.

In 2021, they started working at Colossal Biosciences as a Senior Software Engineer and eventually became the Frontend Tech Lead. Maxfield then transitioned to an advisory role when the company spun out Form Bio in 2022.

At Form Bio, Maxfield assumed the position of Engineering Manager and later progressed to the role of Senior Engineer II starting in May 2023.

Maxfield Gaj attended Austin Coding Academy from 2017 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Web Development, specializing in Computer Programming. Maxfield obtained a Gold Coach License from USA Basketball in January 2023.
