Conor Flickinger

Conor Flickinger is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in plastics engineering and industrialization. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Industrialization Engineer at Form Energy since October 2023, Conor previously founded Revive Plastic and held significant roles at Lucid Motors as Lead Plastics Subject Matter Expert and Supplier Quality Manager. Additional experience includes working at Apple as a Manufacturing Design Program Manager, BYTON as a Senior Engineer for Plastic Materials, and an independent consulting role in plastics product design. Conor's earlier positions include engineering and project leadership roles at Intuitive Surgical, Tesla, and Cummins Inc., where responsibilities encompassed technical integration, project management, and supplier relationships. Conor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plastic Engineering Technology from Penn State University, earned between 2006 and 2009.
