Debapriya Bhattacharjee

Debapriya Bhattacharjee, Ph.D is a Senior Modeling & Controls Engineer at Form Energy. Prior to this, Debapriya worked as a Mechatronics Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. where they focused on Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) control for large diesel engines. They also conducted research as a PhD Researcher at the University of Maryland, where they developed algorithms for state and pose estimation of autonomous marine kites and trajectory optimization for energy harvesting systems. Additionally, they worked as a Mechatronics Teaching Assistant at Penn State University and conducted research on shock driven turbulent flows at Georgia Tech. With a strong background in mechanical engineering and a wealth of experience in research and engineering roles, Debapriya brings a unique skill set to their current role.
