Katy Hartman

Katy Hartman is a Senior Manager at Form Energy, focusing on the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) within the Cell Development Group. Prior to their current role, Katy was the VP of Research and Development at Tessolar Inc., where Katy co-developed advanced PV module manufacturing technology and mounting hardware. Katy has a background in Material Science and Engineering, with a Ph.D. from MIT where Katy researched Earth-abundant sulfide thin films for photovoltaic applications. Katy has also conducted research internships at companies like Evergreen Solar and Bayer Technology Services, and has presented their findings at conferences.
