Matthew Via

Matthew Via is a Senior Battery Engineer at Form Energy, responsible for leading the electrode validation process to assess the performance and durability of gas diffusion electrodes from pilot to full-scale production. With a strong educational background, including a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Northeastern University, Matthew has accumulated extensive experience in battery engineering, materials characterization, and electrochemical performance analysis throughout various roles at Form Energy. Prior experience includes positions as an R&D intern, cathode development co-op, and battery lab engineer co-op with responsibilities ranging from experimental execution to data processing and analysis.
