Bridget has years of experience in weight management and nutrition counseling, but also specializations in diabetes nutrition therapy and cooking demonstrations. Bridget attended Texas A&M University and received her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science. She then completed her Masters of Science in Nutritional Science as well as her Dietetic Internship at Texas Woman's University. Bridget lives in Dallas, TX with her goldendoodle, Jamie.
