Cara Ouellette

Cara Ouellette is an experienced professional with a strong background in licensing, credentialing, and employee wellness program management. Currently serving as the Manager of Licensing and Credentialing at Form Health, Cara has successfully led clinician licensing processes and collaborated with finance teams to enhance payer enrollment strategies. Previously, Cara held the role of Manager of Clinical Staff Services at Included Health, overseeing credentialing and compliance with NCQA standards. With a career that began in recreational therapy, Cara has transitioned through various roles, including Director of Outreach at Safe Voices and Employee Wellness Program Coordinator at Central Maine Medical Center, where significant participation rates in wellness initiatives were achieved. Cara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from the University of Southern Maine.
