Evan Richardson

Evan Richardson is the Founder and CEO of Form Health. Evan has previous experience working at SignalFire, Grand Rounds, Inc., and Castlight Health. Evan has also worked as a Research Associate at Harvard Business School and as an Associate at Berkshire Partners.

Evan Richardson has a BA in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. Evan also attended Viewpoint School.
