Matteo Zanella

Matteo Zanella is currently the SVP of Product, Design, & Engineering at FORM, a virtual obesity medicine clinic dedicated to providing evidence-based obesity care, where patients work closely with healthcare professionals to achieve personalized health goals. Additionally, Matteo serves as a Board Member at Innpactia and previously held the position of VP of Product, Design, & Engineering at Sana, focusing on modern health benefits for small businesses. Previous roles include Senior Director of Product at Rally Health, which was acquired by United Health Group, and Director of Product at Collective Health, an integrated health benefits solution. Matteo’s earlier experience includes positions at Facebook, The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and leadership roles in CISV International. Educational qualifications include an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and two advanced degrees in Computer Engineering and Economics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and Università degli Studi di Ferrara.
