Aleksandra Woźniak

Aleksandra Woźniak has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Aleksandra is currently working at Form3 as the Head of Engineering for R&D Operations since August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Lead Engineer and then as a Senior Software Engineer at Form3.

Before joining Form3, Aleksandra worked at Diligen as a Senior Backend Software Engineer from August 2018 to August 2019. During their time there, they implemented an automatically scalable OCR service for legal document processing and introduced extensions to the Machine Learning engine.

From 2015 to 2017, Aleksandra was a Co-founder and CTO at Cleo AI, where they were responsible for setting and executing technical strategies, leading product design and development, and managing the engineering team.

Their previous experience includes working as a Big Data Developer at Mendeley, a Java/Full Stack Developer at Geonomics, a Research and Development Assistant/Software Developer Intern at Hadapt, and a Software Developer at Wspólny Rynek Medyczny sp.z o.o. Aleksandra also had internship positions at Google and Capgemini.

In addition, Aleksandra worked as a Java Trainer at Centrum Innowacji ProLearning, where they prepared and conducted Java trainings for external clients.

Throughout their career, Aleksandra has gained expertise in various areas including software development, big data analytics, machine learning, and leadership.

Aleksandra Woźniak completed their education at the University of Wroclaw, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science in the years 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics from the same university from 2007 to 2011. Their education began in 2005 at the Poznan University of Technology, where they attained an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology, which was completed in 2009.
