Stephanie Mitchell

Stephanie Mitchell has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Stephanie worked at FORM3 as the Head of Product - International, where they oversaw the implementation of a payment technology service. Prior to that, they were an Innovation Product Manager at Banco Santander, where they contributed to the development of innovative products. Stephanie also worked as an Innovation Delivery Manager at Santander UK, focusing on new business models and operational risk reporting. Stephanie started their career through the Technology Rotational Scheme at Banco Santander, and also gained marketing experience as a Marketing Associate at Storecheck Marketing. Additionally, they had a retail banking internship at Banco Santander.

Stephanie Mitchell attended Beaconsfield High School but did not complete a degree there. Stephanie later pursued a degree in Hispanic Studies with a focus on Spanish and Portuguese at The University of Nottingham. Additionally, they obtained an Agile Foundation certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2017. Stephanie also has certifications in Chartered Bankers Diploma from The Chartered Banker Institute and ILM Level 3 Certificate from ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management).
